1. Contact us
Our local staff will be happy to provide you with detailed information, highlights, and consultation. Please contact us by phone or inquiry form .

2. Application and contract
Please fill in the required items on the application form and return it by e-mail, mail, fax, etc. The application form will be sent by email or mail. Please pay the application fee (inside the travel expenses) within 3 days from the day after the application form is sent. The amount depends on the tour price. Please use a credit card or bank transfer.

3. Contract conclusion
The travel contract will be concluded when we receive the application form and the application fee (or travel fee) from the customer.

4. Payment of the balance
Depending on the time of application, we will send you an invoice for the balance of the travel fee (the amount after deducting the application fee) at least 40 days before departure. Please note that voluntary overseas travel insurance, actual visa fee + fee (when obtaining a visa on your behalf), departure tax, airport tax, aviation security fee, etc. will be added. Please pay by credit card or bank transfer at least 3 weeks before departure.
* Customers are responsible for paying the transfer fee.

5. Sending the final itinerary
From 2 weeks before departure to 2 days before departure, we will send you the final itinerary, information on your belongings, local information, materials, etc. However, the peak time is until the day before the departure date of the trip.
